DIVE INTO THE COLD SEA OF ANTIPASTOS

The Alborian sea connects the water of the Mediterranean with the Atlantic Ocean. Having this great variety of seafood at our local market, gives a great advantage to our Chefs to showcase their skills on the CRUDO/RAWFISH specialties. In accordance with the parameters set by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) all our raw served fish is cured in a blast chiller (ABATIDOR) before served. We highly recommend you to try it with a nice glass of cold white wine.
